My name is Michaela, and I am a user experience designer located in the Greater Boston area.
I am a team player who enjoys empowering others by creating a collaborative, inclusive environment. My professional journey started in IT as a service desk technician, then into Supply Chain as an operations research analyst, finally landing in R&D as a project manager driving the development of a web-based software application.
Recently, I have decided to hone my skills and focus on my passion for user experience design. With over six years of technical and business professional experience, I am fortunate to continue expanding on my proficiencies; exploring the field of research in more depth, and flexing my creative side. Data-driven, user-centric designs are my jam.
